This appears to be not a book but a portfolio of prints (153 chromolithographs) assembled and bound by a collector—Morris, perhaps? The prints were produced by the South Kensington Museum and are on several varieties of paper. The label on the spine reads “South Kensington Examples”; there is no title-page.
